Wrap up summer reading with some feathered friends! 📚🦉
Join Lemont Public Library for an off-site event to celebrate the end of Summer Learning, with Hoo Haven Wildlife Rehabilitation & Education Center at the Lemont Township Community Center 16300 Alba Street on Saturday, August 1st at 11 AM, where you’ll learn the who’s who of North American wildlife.
Sponsored by the Firends of the Lemont Public Library and Lemont Bank & Trust, see the Hoo Haven team and their animal ambassadors for a unique, in person look at live birds of prey and learn about the conservation efforts to protect these amazing creatures! You’ll also have a chance to thank all of the amazing library donors that make learning fun during the summer and all year long!
