About the Event
Celebrate the season with creativity! Create 2 beautiful wood slice ornaments, a festive snowman, and a personalized keepsake, perfect for gifting or decorating.
Local calligraphy artist and graphic designer Carol O’Rourke will teach hand-lettering basics to add names or greetings to the ornaments in this special holiday event at Lemont Public Library on November 5 at 6:30 PM, hosted by the Friends of the Lemont Public Library! Each student will paint their wood slices, then add ribbon, beads, and twine for hanging. Supplies are included, and ornaments will be ready to take home.
